It's a Boy!!!!!!

That's right folks! Little baby Litton is officially a boy. I am in my 16th week and we found out today. We are really excited. I have absolutely no idea what to do with a boy. He might be running around our house with bows in his hair! Anyway, I am sure we will figure it out. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.

Peach's new pool

Well we finally got Peachie a new pool this weekend and she has literally lived in it since we got it filled up. The Litton's were definitely a site all piled into her pool yesterday. We had a ball and she loved being in the water. Too bad she has to be lubed up in SPF 75 to tolerate 5 minutes outside!!!

My little Vaseline baby

Ok so right after my post below the devil left my computer and let me download my pics. Here are some of the ones from the vaseline experiment. Read the post below for all the details. FYI, the first few pics are strictly vaseline. I had washed it and it had completely dried.

Potty Training, Big girl beds and Vaseline

Ok, so I am having major issues getting my computer to let me download pics. Since I am a complete computer dummy I am rolling with the punches. It was been a busy 2 weeks at the Litton house. LK has finally decided she will poop in the big girl potty. Let me just say that it is strictly on her terms but she will do it now. We have had number 1 down for a couple of months but she has stubbornly refused number 2 in the pot. Another hurdle we have overcome is the transition from the crib to a big girl bed. I was really really nervous about this change. She has always been a really good sleeper and loves her crib but I found her standing on the top rail the other day and that was the deal breaker for me. We bought her 2 twins beds a couple of months ago so the room was somewhat ready for her. After 2 nights of waking up and wanting her crib she decided it wasn't too bad in the big girl bed after all and she has been napping and sleeping in her bed for 2 weeks now. Thank goodness since the new baby is fastly approaching. On to other topics. LK decided that this week was a good week to try out some vaseline in her hair. She loves lotion of any kind so while I was on the phone with the doctor's office she lubed herself up really good. It was in her hair, eyes, all over her face, on her arms and all down her legs. I will take time now to let you know that the only thing that really gets out a 1/2 of a jar of vaseline is time and many many hair washes. We tried corn starch, Dawn liquid soap, clarifying shampoo, regular shampoo and baby shampoo. Needless to say the only thing that helps is time. Anyway, looking back it was really funny and I will post pics as soon as the devil releases my computer.
