Here are some pics of Laura Katherine in her halloween costume. I don't have many. She wouldn't be still long enough to let me take more. All she had on the brain was candy and more candy. I will be secretly dumping halloween candy for the next year!

Look who's 3!!!!

I can't believe it!! My baby celebrated her 3rd birthday this past Friday. It seems like yesterday I was giving birth to the little angel and now she is a big girl. It is truly amazing how quickly they grow and change. I don't know about you but every year on her birthday I have memories throughout the day of what was happening at that exact time. At 12:oopm I got my epidural. At 4:00pm my epidural went missing. At 6:00pm I started pushing and at 6:44pm my 6#14oz blessing came into this world and life as I knew changed forever! I am so proud of her and I pray everyday for many more happy birthdays to come.

Well it's finally official. Unless things change I am scheduled for a induction on November 23rd. We are so excited about his arrival. I mean I can't believe I am going to have 2 of these precious creatures to take care nor can I believe that one of them is going to be a boy. I have had to take the pink in our house down a couple of notches! I know alot of people stick their noses in the air about planned inductions but that's how Laura Katherine made her appearance and she turned out pretty good. Please continue to pray for us and especially for baby Davis. You never know he may have other plans and decide to show up before then. You know the old saying " We plan and God laughs!" I'll keep everybody informed of our progress.

A baby shower for Davis

We had a great time in Tallassee this weekend at Davis's baby shower. It was so much fun. Everything was so nice and I got some awesome gifts! It's finally sinking in that I am having a boy.

32 weeks and nothing to blog about.......

Ok everybody I know I have been out of commission for quite some time now. I am kinda at that point in my pregnancy when you literally feel that like you will be pregnant forever. Don't get me wrong I am so thankful for this wonderful blessing but geez! 32 weeks is a long time especially when you throw up for 30 of it. Yes that's right. 2 whole weeks without singing to the toilet at night. I am really am getting excited about Davis and his arrival. Feeling him move inside me is truly a miracle and I don't know how anyone can be pregnant and not know that God is in heaven. I am also really excited about having a little boy. People keep telling me how laid back and easy they are. I am saving my opinion on that one but I will be happy to let you know once I get my hands on him. Shannon is also a small bit excited about having a boy. He doesn't like to go on and on but I know in his heart he is beside himself . Not to mention my little Peachie. She is ready to take care of her brother. She talks about him all the time and loves to put her little hands on my stomach and try and feel him move. Like a normal brother he alludes her every time she puts her hands on me. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that I am still kicking. Please continue to pray for us. We are really hoping Davis will make his grand appearance around Thanksgiving.

my sister Melissa has created a blog. What is the world coming to. I mean this is the human being who says she is the least sentimental person on earth. I am so proud of her. She has become quite the picture taker and memory maker. I am so excited that the world can see pictures of my precious nephew Seth. Check out her blog listed as The Hill's under my friend list..

Summer Fun

Well it's been like forever since I blogged. I have no excuses. I am just a big ole pregnant blog slacker! Anyway, Peachie and I want swimming this morning and I had to take some pics of her in her sunglasses. Just call her "Hollywood". She loves them and was in the mood to take pics so we went with it. We have had a good summer but we are really excited about the fall!! Not just because we are the palest people on earth but because my other little munchkin is due to make his appearance. We have finally graced the blessed child with a name. His name is Davis Eli Litton. Most of you know Davis is my maiden name. We did this in honor of my Daddy who passed away last year. He would be thrilled that the baby is named after his family especially since he only had girls. Eli is my mother's grandfather's name. We are really excited about having a boy. It even sounds weird when I say it but I can't imagine him being anything but a boy now that I know. I can't wait to see him! Please keep us in your prayers. I am 25 weeks Monday so hurricanes, earthquakes, and swine flu permitting he will be here around Thanksgiving!! So excited!
