It has been so long since I blogged!! I have been a slacker this summer when it comes to blogging but I am going to get back into the swing now that school has started. Laura K started her first day of preschool yesterday. I stopped working when she was 10 months old to stay home and it was one of the best and hardest things I have ever done. I have enjoyed being with her so much and I am so blessed that I have had this time with her. I can't believe that she is almost 4 years old. I blinked and my baby grew up. She had a great first day at school and she was ready to go back today. She was also very excited that her friend Adysen was going to start school today and be in her class. She loves having friends in her class!

Here are some pics of the kids and me that we took the other day just goofing off. We you are a stay at home Mom you sometimes will do anything to entertain your kids and make the day interesting. LK loves to have her picture taken and so she loved our little photo show. Davis is so laid back that he will do whatever his Mama and Sissy want him to do.

Here are some pics from Easter of Shannon and the babies. Shannon is such a great father and he spends so much time with the kids. I don't know how I would do it without him. BTW as you can tell Davis is a clone of him. I haven't found one single thing about him that is me.

These are some pics of my big girl! She has changed so much and I can't believe how grown up she looks in these pictures. She is so full of life and energy. I don't know where the past three years have gone. She is such a blessing.

My little man

Well once again it has been forever since I blogged. I get distracted everytime I sit down to do it. Anyway, I wanted to share some pics of my sweetie pie. These are some shots from his three month pictures. I am such a bad mother, he is now 5 months old. He is getting so big!! 19#8oz to be exact. He can roll over both ways, he is sitting up some and is cooing, laughing and squealing when his sister drags it out of him. Otherwise he is layed back and as sweet as they come. I can't get enough of him. He just got over 2 back to back ear infections so he still waking up at night thinking he needs to eat. We are fighting that battle but other than that he is such a joy.

I know he will probably kill me one day for calling him that but he really is that sweet. Here are some random shots of the new man in my life. He is the sweetest, happiest and most content baby on the planet and I can't believe I gave birth to him. After having LK and the colic drama I just new when he was born he would kinda be the same way but I was so wrong. He is such a joy. He loves his sister to pieces and of course his Mama. Right now he only wants me to feed him and he follows me around the room with his eyes just to make sure I'm close by. He started sleeping through the night at around 8 weeks but he doesn't sleep much during the day. He is a cat napper which is pretty hard on his old Mama. Luckily when he is awake he is usually happy. Napping is definitely a work in progress and any suggestions are gladly appreciated. We are so proud of him and we really don't know what we did before he was born. It's like he was always here. Anyway, just wanted to share some pics of him.

A sunny Sunday!

I don't know about you but this weekend was like heaven to me. I mean it has been one of the coldest winters I can remember and of course I have a brand new baby at home who doesn't need to be out in the cold. I now know how house arrest feels. Anyway, this weekend we made the most of the sunshine and warmer temps. We went to the park and had lunch from one of the my favorite restaurants Momma Goldbergs which has opened in Columbus!!! Yay!!!! It was so nice to see LK running around and Davis hung in there too. He is so sweet he just goes with the flow and nothing really bothers him. Thank Goodness!!! I can't wait until spring gets here and we have more of these great days.

Snow Day

Well I'm back. Blogging has been slack since December because I lost my camera when we went to my Mom's house to have our family Christmas. Yes, that means I lost all the pics from Davis's first Christmas! I have been using Shannon's camera from work so my time with the camera is few and far between. Anyway, here are some shots of LK playing in the snow. She of course had a blast and I can't wait until Davis can get out there and run around with her.
